The International Crisis Group is Furman Picture's current featured non profit organization. ICG was established in 1995 and describe themselves as, "an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization, with some 130 staff members on five continents, working through field-based analysis and high-level advocacy to prevent and resolve deadly conflict. "

The ICG is not without critics. Spinwatch.org claims that Crisis Group may be biased because 40% of their funding comes from governments and additional 43% comes from US based foundations. Still, the ICG is a good resource for those looking for an overview of the current crises facing our global community.
